I agree that all the work I do is on a volunteer basis, and I am not eligible to receive any monetary payment. I understand that misrepresentations or omissions may cause for my immediate rejection as an applicant for a volunteer position or my termination as a volunteer. I agree that WWAC has permission to use any photographs I may be in on Social Media. If you wish to opt out on this part, please state. I agree that WWAC can keep this document on file with my information whilst I agree to be a volunteer.
